ClinchRev × Salesforce: AI Calling Data Where Your Team Already Works

The native ClinchRev + Salesforce integration is on the Q3 2026 roadmap. Join the waitlist to be notified when it ships and get early access before general availability.

Coming Q3 2026

In the meantime, ClinchRev's built-in CRM handles leads, deals, and all AI call activity — or use CSV export to sync manually. Zapier is also available today to connect the two platforms.

What the Salesforce integration will do

When the native integration ships in Q3 2026, here is exactly what will sync between ClinchRev and Salesforce — automatically, in both directions.

Two-way lead sync

ClinchRev leads flow into Salesforce as contacts or leads. Salesforce contacts flow into ClinchRev campaigns. Updates in either system reflect in both — no manual imports, no stale data.

Call outcome logging

Every AI call — recording, transcript, disposition, and duration — is automatically logged as a Salesforce activity on the contact record. Your AEs and managers see full call history directly in Salesforce.

Deal stage sync

When a prospect books a meeting in ClinchRev, the corresponding Salesforce opportunity automatically advances to the next stage. No manual stage updates, no CRM lag.

Email activity sync

Email opens, link clicks, and replies from ClinchRev sequences are logged to the Salesforce contact record as engagement activities — giving your team full outbound context inside Salesforce.

Using ClinchRev with Salesforce today (before native sync)

You don't have to wait until Q3 2026 to use ClinchRev alongside Salesforce. Teams are doing it right now using three practical approaches.

Option A

Use ClinchRev's built-in CRM for outbound, keep Salesforce for inbound and deals

ClinchRev includes a full CRM — leads, deals, contacts, activity log. Run your outbound campaigns entirely in ClinchRev and keep Salesforce as the system of record for inbound leads and closed opportunities. Many teams find this division of responsibility works well even after native sync ships.

Option B

Weekly CSV export from ClinchRev → import to Salesforce

ClinchRev exports all call activity, qualified leads, and email engagement data to CSV. Import that file into Salesforce weekly to keep your team's pipeline updated. It's a manual step, but it takes under 10 minutes and keeps Salesforce current without native sync.

Option C

Use Zapier to connect the two platforms today

ClinchRev's Zapier integration is live now. Set up Zaps to create Salesforce leads when ClinchRev qualifies a prospect, update Salesforce opportunities when meetings are booked, or log call completions as Salesforce activities. See our Zapier integration page for setup details.

Why ClinchRev + Salesforce teams are waiting

Teams currently running Salesforce are already using ClinchRev for their outbound layer and running both platforms in parallel. The workflow is simple: ClinchRev handles all outbound prospecting — AI calls, email sequences, qualification — and Salesforce handles the deals that result.

When native sync ships in Q3 2026, the handoff becomes automatic. Call recordings, meeting bookings, and qualified leads will flow into Salesforce without any manual work. Teams joining the waitlist now are building their outbound infrastructure in ClinchRev today so they have months of call data, tested scripts, and a full pipeline ready when sync goes live.

The advantage of starting now: when native sync ships, teams with 6+ months of ClinchRev data will have proven scripts, A/B-tested email sequences, and a full pipeline already built — not starting from zero.
