How long do commissions last?+
For the lifetime of the customer's subscription. As long as they keep paying, you keep earning 10% of their plan price. If they cancel and later return, your commissions resume.
What counts toward commission?+
Plan subscriptions — Growth, Pro, and Scale. Pay-as-you-go usage, overage minutes, and add-ons (extra numbers, seats) don't commission. Commissions accrue only after a payment is confirmed; refunds or chargebacks within 60 days void that month's commission.
When and how do I get paid?+
Your wallet shows every commission as it accrues. From a $50 balance you can request a payout to PayPal or bank transfer; payouts are sent within 5 business days.
I run an agency — can I do more than refer?+
Yes. High-volume agencies graduate to white-label reselling on our Scale tier: run ClinchRev under your own brand, own the client relationship, and keep the margin. Email [email protected] to talk white-label.
What if my payout details are wrong?+
Payouts are sent to exactly the details you save — that's why we ask you to type your account number or PayPal email twice. If the details you provide are incorrect, the payout cannot be recovered and ClinchRev is not responsible for the loss. You can update your details any time before requesting a payout.
Any rules?+
No self-referrals, no fake accounts, no bidding on our brand terms in ads. Abuse forfeits earned commissions. Otherwise: share the link anywhere your audience lives.
